Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order. We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been shipped.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final once the order has been shipped.

For incorrect items, please include a clear photo, order number, and description of the issue in the email submission or chat within 30 days of receipt.

Please allow 24 hours to receive a response from our team, excluding weekends and holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within the U.S. We are expanding to new shipping regions in late 2025.

How do I track my order?
